Modacrylic : It is a synthetic and flame retardant. The fibers are difficult to ignite and will self-extinguish. In addition to a modacrylic's flame retardant properties it has a relatively high durability that is comparable to wool, and some people call it artificial wool because it is as soft as wool but cheaper. The modacrylic has several excellent properties, such as antibacterial activity, bulkiness, softness, wash fastness and so on.

Our history: From 2002 when we are a mill but not a real factory we have began to produce modacrylic woven blanket.

Our factory: We have own yarn factory in Jiangsu Province. Self-own big weaving factory for finished product is located in Keqiao Shaoxing, all the sales work in the big office building of Keqiao factory.  We have two sewing plant, one is in Keqiao Shaoxing-same location as our weaving factory, this sewing plant could sew ordinary airline blanket. We have another plant in Xiaoshan distrct where there is our sub-factory, we have more than 100 skillful workers work there who are good at sewing the house hold item, such as curtain, bed set, cushin etc., if you need your blanket very complicated sewing and packing not just an ordinary sewing and packing work, we would arrange those work be done in our sub-facrtory in Xiaoshan.

From yarn spinning to dying, fabric weaving to blanket sewing & packing, we have quality controller cover every process of manufacturing till the A grade product finished.

our product cover the raw material(modacrylic fiber and yarn(raw white or dyed color)),  semi-finished products(cut fabric or roll fabric ready for customer sewing) and endproduct.
